Iran Grows Bolder, As War Clouds Loom

Here, as of late, with the Iran missile testing in the Persian Gulf, we witnessed a showing of their military muscle. With the timing of the US withdrawal of troops in Iraq, it is easy to see how they could be trying to show their dominance in the region.
According to Global Post:
“Officials at the International Atomic Energy Agency, the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog, confirmed today that Iran has begun enriching uranium at an underground facility near the city of Qom.
The news first emerged yesterday, when Iranian newspaper Kayhan announced it.”
That article went on to say that:
While Iran has insisted that its scientists are developing nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, Nuland said that the country’s new enrichment operations tell a different story. “When you enrich to 20 percent there’s no possible use if you’re talking about a peaceful purpose,” Nuland said, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. “You’re enriching to a level that takes you to a different kind of nuclear program.”
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has already stated his plans to destroy Israel, and it is well documented, that Iran holds a deep rooted, fundamental hatred for the western way of life. To all of those reading this article, this means America. An Iran, with a nuclear weapons program, will be the keystone for the fall of the entire region.
America’s credibility has also taken a major hit in the Middle East by Obama bolstering the Muslim Brotherhood, with his actions of letting them know he supports them, all while they were overthrowing their governments. This makes America appear weak, or it could also mean that we are on the wrong side, making lousy choices.
We should also mentally prepare for the possibility that Israel will do what it takes to defend itself. This also includes the option of a preemptive strike to remove the nuclear facilities to insure their safety. This will cause a major shift in tensions, and it could, most certainly, draw America into that War, as well.
Iran has threatened to take down Israel for a very long time, and Israel knows if they have the equipment to do it, they will. The world will blame Israel for this, which is when America will be needed because Israel, no matter how prepared, be in need of some help. They will now be attacked from all sides, and the United States cannot fail them. Please do not take this as my seeing Israel as weak, as nothing could be further from the truth. I am just looking at it in a way that we would be perceived in the world if we sit idly by and do nothing. The world will view America as weak and not willing to stand with their ally. That coupled with the fact we have spurred on all the riots in the region, would make us complicit to the dangers that Israel faces now.
The point of this article is to prompt our readers to watch this story with very close attention, paying close attention to how this escalates in the coming future. God Bless America!!!!
