Amnesty? — Via ICE Memo?

An article hit one of the Tea Party News sites, that can be read by clicking here.  It draws attention for the American public to the Ice Memo issued by the administration that, the article claims, basically allows the DREAM ACT by bypassing the system.

So, is this the DREAM ACT by Memo?

Also, see this link for another issue that few know about, but apparently the Obama Administration want to allow llegal immigrants to vote in Arizona.

While I am not clear on all of this, I thought that sharing the information with a hesitant hand, still could be worthy press, considering that my expertise in deciphering government rhetoric is lacking.  I am not a Constitutional lawyer….so therefore, getting some input and inviting sound off is a good idea.
